We hope you love your Forth and Home items as much as we do! However, if you change your mind qualifying items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note: all vintage pieces, furniture, framed art, pantry goods, sale items and seasonal decor are final sale.
Before sending back your item please email hello@forthandhome.com to get your return approved. All items must be returned in original and unused condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are not accepted after 14 days of receipt of order placed in-store or the date of delivered shipment for online orders.

If a prepaid label is needed, please request one by emailing us at hello@forthandhome.com The cost of postage will be deducted from the store credit total. Upon receipt of your package,Forth and Home will email you to confirm your store credit or exchange.
Online orders may also be returned in person at our brick-and-mortar Forth and Home store within 14 days of the date of delivered shipment during our normal business hours. We will issue you a store credit, or you may exchange your items for something new.
If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping, please take photos of the damaged item and all packaging materials including the box and email photos to Forth and Home. We’ll happily help with a replacement right away.
