We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Forth and Home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and managing a team of sales associates.


  • Drive sales growth by developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all customers are made to feel welcome and a part of the FH family.
  • Hire, train and mentor Sales Associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
  • Oversee team scheduling, time-off requests, meetings and store events
  • Create a positive and motivating work environment for the sales team
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance on a regular basis, identify areas for improvement and implement growth strategies
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure products are merchandised in a beautiful and inspiring way
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any customer needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Other responsibilities as discussed and agreed upon with leadership


  • 3+ years in sales and customer service in a retail environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of home decor, visual merchandising a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks  and point of sale systems
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
