We are seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team at Forth and Home. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, great with people, has an appreciation for beauty and loves contributing to team success. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Provide personalized recommendations and styling advice to customers based on their preferences and needs

Actively promote and sell merchandise, including furniture, decor, and accessories

Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system

Assist with inventory receiving, management and restocking shelves as needed. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction

Stay current on product knowledge and trends in the home decor industry
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of home decor and design trends a plus
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends
